I’m Mary Elizabeth—founder of Aureolin.Yoga, a sanctuary for rest, reconnection, and healing.
With over 600 hours of yoga training, including I AM Yoga Nidra®, Hatha, Yin Yoga, Restorative, Chakra Alignment, my work centers on creating safe, supportive spaces for the nervous system to restore.
Aureolin.Yoga was born from my own journey through burnout and the discovery that true healing begins with slowing down, softening, and coming home to yourself.

I had my first yoga nidra session with Mary yesterday, and I cannot express what a huge relief this session gave me. I've been storing a lot of stress in my back and feet. It's been causing extreme pain and making it incredibly difficult to ever get a good night's rest. Every night, I've been expecting to wake up multiple times if I even fall asleep at all. But last night was different and I really believe it's because of Mary's help. After our session I got extremely hungry and was able to eat a full meal. I felt energized enough to go to a new location and pursue my hobby. *For me* Because I deserve time to enjoy the things I love without having to juggle watching kids/dogs/other's expectations. I came back full of love and a light heart and made dinner. When bed time rolled around, I was so ready for it. I got a FULL night's rest and was even able to sleep in until 8. (That never happens) My back and feet hurt less today. My heart is still quite full. I am super grateful. I didn’t know what to expect going into my first session with Mary, but I left feeling like I had just released years of tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying. Her calming presence made it so easy to relax, and for the first time in weeks, I felt truly present in my own body. That night, I slept peacefully without waking once—and I woke up without my usual morning anxiety. I’m so grateful to have found her.

No! All levels are welcome. Our classes are designed to be accessible and adaptable to your unique needs and abilities.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you prefer to use your own. Props like blocks and blankets are provided for in-person classes.
In- person sessions are suitable for all ages with safety modifications.
Please consult with your healthcare provider fist. Our trauma-informed approach and use of props help accommodate many limitations, but always prioritize your safety.

Your safety is our priority. Our trauma-informed approach encourages you to listen to your body and pause or modify as needed. You can always communicate with the instructor for support.
Live online sessions are for adults 18+, unless a private or specialty session is arranged for younger participants.
